Ben Nielsen's Alexandria Auto Care West

Great service with Paul in an urgent situation. My dash warning light for oil came on a block away. It was right before closing time and even though I had never been to this shop they welcomed me. Paul took all of the information needed and provided a ride home. I left the car and as promised it was ready the next morning. Paul arranged for a ride back to the shop and I was back home in no time. This shop is highly recommended.

I had an excellent experience at Ben Nielsen’s Alexandria Auto Care West. I came in because one of my tires was losing air, and the team quickly found a nail and repaired it. They were incredibly kind, respectful, honest, and professional from start to finish. I truly appreciated how they treated me and the quality of their work. It’s not easy to find an auto shop you can trust, but this is definitely one of them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and honest service. They have earned my trust, and I’ll definitely be back for any future car repairs. Thank you!

Ray was incredibly helpful, communicative, and great to work with. I dropped off in the morning, by midday he walked me through the required repair—in addition to some recommendations, and by 5pm the repairs were complete. He was straightforward and I greatly appreciated his expertise. I recommend the shop and will be returning for all my repair needs.

I had an excellent experience at Alexandria Auto Care West! From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. Paul was an exceptional service advisor. He took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the repair process, and made sure all of my questions were answered. His professionalism and communication gave me confidence that my vehicle was in good hands. I also want to recognize Malik for the outstanding work he performed on my vehicle. It's rare to find someone who demonstrates such integrity, honesty, and attention to detail. Knowing that the repairs were done correctly and that recommendations were made with my best interest in mind means a lot. It's refreshing to find an auto repair shop where you can trust both the advisors and technicians. I highly recommend Alexandria Auto Care West to anyone looking for quality service, honest work, and a team that truly cares about their customers. Thank you, Paul and Malik, for making this such a positive experience!

Really appreciated how transparent they were. Went in for an oil change but they did a full inspection and sent a digital report with photos and detailed information about what was immediately necessary versus just maintenance. I ended up also getting my coolant flushed as it was below normal levels. Paul and Jeff at the front desk were great, as were the techs Ed and Malik.
